Plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract — cancel anytime by email. "Unlimited renders" means unlimited render volume within your plan's concurrency cap (the number of renders that can run at the same time); requests beyond your cap queue automatically rather than failing. Fair use applies: sustained abuse of the concurrency cap or the API may result in throttling or suspension. Service is provided as-is without uptime guarantees at this stage — reach out to hello@rendofy.com if you need something closer to an SLA.
